Imagination
Poem: To Imagination
“...And call a lovelier Life from Death,
And whisper, with a voice divine,
Of real worlds, as bright as thine.
I trust not to thy phantom bliss,”
— Emily Brontë
In witchcraft, the intangible can become tangible. Invoking altered states of consciousness to explore your internal world, sinking down into your subconscious, or out and into your imaginative realm.
Conjuring from the space you don't know, you know. Your hidden fears and desires; demons and familiars. An ongoing weaving. The imagination is malleable and worked into spells, rituals, sigils, and so on. My art is an alchemic analogies, descending into the underworld to transmute the graphite lead into gold.
